WE ARE LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES/SALES CLOSERS​

A customer care representative/sales closer is needed at Flying Colours Communications Academy.

Primary roles are:

  1. Responding promptly and professionally to enquiries made by customers/prospects via phone calls and social media.

  2. Explaining our products/services in detail to prospects.

  3. Uploading already-made posts on social media

  4. Closing sales and ensuring prospects are motivated to buy after making enquiries

  5. Maintaining accurate records of conversations, leads, and payments

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Excellent spoken and written English

  2. Strong persuasion and listening skills

  3. Experience in customer service, sales, admissions, or client management is an advantage

  4. Ability to stay organised, calm, and professional

  5. Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools

  6. Results-oriented mindset with integrity and empathy
